I've been to quite a few pizza places in my time and this is one of my favorites. We don't have much to choose from as far as name brand pizza restaurants go, but we have have several local places and I have tried them all, this Domino's is my favorite. It is close by, they always get my orders correct, they are neat and clean and whether I pick up in the store or have my order delivered, the employees are always polite and personable. This is my go-to pizza joint and will continue to be!!
Needs better management! Placed an order over the phone, arrived twenty minutes later, no other customers there, as I stood there waiting to be served, 2 12 year old kids went behind the counter and starting playing in the kitchen. Finally I said to the 3 cashier's in front of me, "I am here to pick up my order, had a call in", and gave my name.... Paid cash for my food and waited 5 min to receive my change. That place was total chaos. Needless to say children shouldn't be playing where the food is being prepared without any health guidelines being met.
They are always polite and punctual. They alway get our food to us fast and hot. I love their pizza and garlic bites.
Oven messed up and so pizza was going to be late. An employee called to notify me and ask me if I still wanted my order. I told them I did, so she advised me of the new delivery time and apologized for the delay. Food arrived when promised at the new time. Driver also apologized for the delay. Food was fantastic, well worth the wait. The customer service was also very professional. That is a winning combination!
Donna made my pizza so flippin perfect!!! No topping skimping or forgetting done here! Awesome job!
