This might not sound like such a big deal to most folks, but when you're handicapped, it is a major deal. I did business with them once more after this, again requesting them to HAND TIGHTEN the lugnuts, sharing the extreme difficulty I'd had in removing a tire following their installation... No dice - they again installed with an impact wrench.
I'm done with 'em.
Specifically requested that they hand tighten the lugnuts after rotating my tires. They put them on instead with an impact wrench.
If I could give it lower than 1 star, I would.
This guy that swap tires on my rims is very fast may not be the best place to go to get new tires not much in stock but sure is the fastest
